Sunday – Sept. 10, 1904. Frank Brewster Frye born 1728 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, Mass. Dr. Swan attending, nurse was Miss Emma Oates, friend of Ethel Taylor = (Dr. W.D. Swan, 167 Bronte St., Cambridge, Mass. He failed to file deposition of birth, but Alexis E. Frye, long afterwards, went to city clerk’s office and did so. Frank born at one thirty o’clock a.m., weight 7 ½ lbs.
